Prime Company ("the Company") expressly warrants to the owner that for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of initial installation ("Warranty Period"), the Company will cover the vehicle's paint and Prime paint protection film on Element CLASSIC v3 ("the Product(s)") against oxidation, loss of gloss, UV damage, and color fading. This limited warranty applies only to the Company's products that are professionally installed according to the Company's recommendations.

The Company, at its discretion, will remove or replace the product at no cost or refund the cost of the product if it fails or does not perform as warranted due to a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period, subject to the exclusions outlined in this limited warranty. If the Company chooses to replace the product, it will assign an approved installer of its choice to remove and reinstall the product in areas deemed necessary by the Company, at its sole discretion, under this limited warranty. The Company will cover the cost of parts, and the approved installer will be responsible for providing the installation labor. Refund of the product cost or replacement of the defective coating is the exclusive remedy for all products covered under this limited warranty. During the entire Warranty Period, the Company's liability for repair or replacement is limited to the repair or replacement of products available at the time of repair or replacement and is restricted to repairing or replacing only the specific product that failed due to a manufacturing defect. The maximum replacement cost the Company is liable for is the lesser of the paint application cost or €250. Any repaired or replaced product remains subject to the original Warranty Period and does not extend or restart a new Warranty Period. These are the exclusive remedies for all products covered under this limited warranty.

You may obtain coverage under this limited warranty by providing the Company with proof of the warranty card and a copy of the original product receipt specifying the coverage areas, along with a detailed description of the alleged defect. To obtain service under this limited warranty, you must notify the Company's approved installer who performed the product installation, in writing, providing the applicant's name, phone number, address, installation address (if different), a description of the product in question, and the nature of the defect.

This limited warranty is transferable only when the new owner provides proof to the Company of the original installation date. The new owner is entitled to warranty coverage only for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
